Oliver Peoples’ Summer 2012 Collection

Summer is calling our name — and we wouldn’t be caught dead without a pair of Oliver Peoples’ sunglasses from his summer 2012 collection.

 Zooey Deschanel, Kristen Stewart and Robert Downey Jr. swear by these shades, and Getitwhit has to agree. Designed for men and women, Oliver Peoples’ is known for producing classically rad specs. The iconic eyewear was co-founded in 1987 by the fabulous Angeleno Larry Leight. Another cool fact? The 2012 collection is inspired by academia and cinema.

And we can’t introduce the collection without talking about the 2012 campaign video! Directed by Lisa Eisner, the video, which was released Tuesday, stars Melanie Griffith’s daughter and Don Johnson.
