Kellie Pickler is the best friend EVER!
The country singer shaved her head — but it’s for a good reason. Kellie Pickler opened up to Ellen DeGeneres on Friday about her decision to go bald after her friend was diagnosed with cancer.
“When Summer was diagnosed with breast cancer back in June we made a pact that we’d shave our heads together,” she said. “I think it’s important to have a cancer buddy.”
And we must say, the normal blonde bombshell is stunning with a shaved head!
“It’s just hair!” she added. “I will be honest with you, I was a little nervous and she was too. [We thought], ‘I hope we don’t have some crazy birthmark or wart or mole or something . . . but we had fun.”
Cancer hits close to Kellie Pickler’s heart. She revealed her grandma died the “very next morning after being diagnosed.”
